That would have made me GAG!!!!!!! People are SO gross when they smoke and when they chew and spit. They should ban this at your job along with smoking!!!!!!!!!!! YUCK!

I am starting to think of some! My problem is the perfectionist thing….if I mess up Jan 2nd I already feel like I failed and no point to keep trying! So not giving up will be one of the goals! I got exercising, and i’d just say consistency all over. Man that is hard especially with kiddos! Good luck! I like the framed night stand idea! I’m thinking framed on the fridge!
